The role also includes developing and maintaining relationships with Home Depot Store Management and Associates. The Selling Sales Manager role also includes generating leads and selling At-Home Services products and services while developing and maintaining relationships with Home Depot Associates. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Recruit, hire, train and prepare performance appraisals for new Sales Consultants. Engage in performance management practices in order to enhance sales performance (e.g. ongoing training, reviewing appointment results and performing "ride alongs" with the Sales Consultants).Ensure the store program is being followed by performing store walks, attending store meetings and communicating best practices with Sales Consultants and other Store ManagersEnsure overall sales performance improves each month with quarterly forecasts, Monthly Business Reviews and Action Plans by working with the Sales Consultants, including monitoring each performance metric on a daily duct effective and professional presentations at customer's homes to make salesDirectly generate additional leads.
